From June 10 to 12, we held our annual general meeting, a significant event for all our teams. Over the course of three days, the leaders of all our stations gathered in the Laurentians to discuss a variety of topics. This year’s edition was unique due to the recent announcement of changes in Aeromag’s governance. Marie-Élaine and Gabriel Lépine, the new co-presidents, reaffirmed the company’s vision and objectives.
This event provided an opportunity to conduct a thorough review of the last deicing season, share concrete experiences, and identify areas for improvement in the seasons to come. It was also a valuable opportunity to strengthen team bonds, foster collaboration, and collectively prepare for upcoming challenges and seasons.
The general meeting is a key moment for Aeromag. Each year, it brings together all our leaders in an engaging setting that fosters dialogue, analysis, and planning. By maintaining this annual gathering, we ensure the cohesion of our organization and the continued ability to adapt to changes in the industry.
During our general meeting, several departments took the floor to present important updates, projects completed over the past year, as well as the upcoming ones. These presentations allowed everyone to gain a better understanding of the challenges, achievements, and strategic direction of the organization.
In addition to these information-sharing sessions, we took the time to strengthen our connections through various team-building activities, including our traditional softball game. These activities offered a dynamic and friendly setting, helping to foster team cohesion after a busy deicing season. Several shared meals punctuate the days, creating information exchange opportunities. These moments contributed to reinforcing our company culture and building strong relationships between members from our different stations.
