Executive Assistant to the Co-CEO

Established in numerous airports in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom, Aeromag is recognized for its environmental innovations.
- Support the Co-CEO in all her strategic, operational, and administrative responsibilities.
- Ensure proactive agenda management.
- Facilitate coordination of priorities.
- Prepare executive documents and act as a liaison between management, managers, stations and external partners.
- Contribute directly to the efficiency, fluidity of operations and the professional image of the Co-CEO.
Administrative and Organizational Management:
- Manage the Co-CEO’s complex agenda and coordinate appointments, meetings and travel.
- Prepare and organize internal and external meetings.
- Manage the email inbox.
- Organize travel.
- Write and edit communications.
- Ensure document management.
Strategic Support and Coordination:
- Prepare strategic documents, reports and presentations.
- Follow up on decisions.
- Support and participate in internal communications.
Internal and External Relations:
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external partners.
- Manage sensitive communications.
- Maintain effective relationships with internal teams.
Miscellaneous Administrative Tasks:
- Support and participate in the preparation of expense reports.
- Follow up on invoices to be paid.
- Perform any other related duties as requested by the Co-CEO.
- Support the organization of events.
- Contribute to continuous improvement.
- Education: a degree in business or a related field.
- Experience: 5 to 7 years in a similar role.
- Technical skills: Microsoft 365, collaborative tools, digital document management.
- Professional skills: organization, priority management, confidentiality, discretion, judgment, proactivity, anticipation, communication in FR/EN, autonomy.
- Requires regular attendance at the headquarters (8181 Hervé St-Martin, St-Laurent).
