On the Radar:
Equity, Diversity and Inclusion
At Aeromag, equity, diversity and inclusion are at the heart of our values. They are essential to foster innovation and support our growth.
Aeromag’s social responsibility plan is aligned with 7 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals established by the United Nations, including Gender Equality (SDG 5) and Reduced Inequalities (SDG 10). Continuing to integrate these objectives is essential for Aeromag, as diversity and inclusion help foster a fair and inclusive work environment and support attracting and retaining top talent.
Marie-Élaine and Gabriel Lépine, the company’s co-CEOs, recently signed the Women’s Empowerment Principles, a joint initiative of the United Nations Global Compact and UN Women. This step reaffirms Aeromag’s commitment to human rights and gender equality. In 2025, women accounted for 11% of promotions and new hires within our company. Women also hold several leadership positions, notably within the finance team, where women account for 75% of management roles.

“Since I began my career in the aviation sector, I have always been committed to exceeding expectations and breaking down the barriers that persist, particularly for women. I want to be a role model for my colleagues and for young girls who aspire to build careers in traditionally male-dominated fields, such as aviation,” says Marie-Élaine Lépine.

In summary, the aerospace industry is making tangible progress toward greater representation of women and visible minorities, including in decision-making roles. Continued investment in education, mentorship, and leadership pathways will help inspire the next generation and accelerate this transformation.
Let’s go further together.
