The Portraits of Changemakers series highlights the inspiring individuals at Aeromag who, every day, actively contribute to change through their commitment and vision. Among them, Rosaire Nkaw, Human Resources, Benefits and Wellness Coordinator at our headquarters in Montreal (YUL), Quebec.
Rosaire has been part of the Aeromag team for a year. She is primarily responsible for managing and administering employee benefits, recruiting and onboarding certain permanent positions, and supporting the well-being of employees based in Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States. What Rosaire particularly enjoys about her role is collaborating with her colleagues and contributing to strategic projects that strengthen team cohesion while supporting the company’s growth.
