On the Radar:
Social Responsibility

On the radar December 9, 2025

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is essential for creating a positive impact on society and the environment. By adopting ethical, sustainable, and inclusive practices, companies contribute not only to the well-being of communities and the protection of the environment but also promote sustainable growth.

Aeromag’s social responsibility plan is aligned with 7 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals set by the United Nations, which we place at the heart of our corporate strategy to build a more sustainable and equitable future.

Over the past few years, we have partnered with firms of carbon management experts to measure and reduce our emissions. These collaborations support the objectives of our CSR plan, which aims to achieve carbon neutrality by 2035.

Since the creation of our CSR plan in 2019, an internal committee has been established to oversee the rollout and implementation of planned initiatives. Simultaneously, external experts have been engaged to assess the various sources of emissions.

With the aim of adopting best practices in human resources and being recognized as an employer of choice, we regularly adjust working conditions to comply with the standards in effect in each country. These adjustments include the annual review of salaries and bonuses, the ongoing improvement of employee handbooks to reflect territory-specific policies, and the implementation of a structured training program. This program includes training on the prevention and management of harassment, as well as on diversity, equity, and inclusion, along with other learning initiatives designed to support skill development and the advancement of our team members at all levels of the organization.

The success of our CSR plan will require ongoing commitment and innovative initiatives. Every team member has a crucial role to play. We are confident that our plan will guide us toward continuous improvement.

Let’s go further together.
