Aeromag has developed a strategic plan with clear objectives to strengthen its position as leader in the aircraft deicing sector and has defined concrete actions to achieve them. Our plan is continuously reassessed to adapt to the evolution of our industry and to measure our progress.

One of our objectives is to continue our investments in research and development to improve the efficiency and sustainability of our deicing and recycling solutions, by integrating cutting-edge technologies and optimizing our processes to reduce costs and carbon emissions.

Since achieving Aeromag’s strategic objectives would not be possible without our business partners, we have also implemented initiatives as part of our succession and skills development plan, aimed at developing the key skills in our sector. These initiatives are designed to ensure a stimulating environment, high-quality service for our clients, and optimal safety in all our operations.

Innovation at the Heart of Our Future

Innovation is at the core of Aeromag’s strategy. The spirit of innovation enables us to remain industry leaders while adhering to the highest safety standards. Among the various manifestations of this spirit of innovation, we strive to integrate artificial intelligence at different levels, particularly to monitor weather conditions and aircraft status in real time, thereby reducing response times, costs, and the environmental footprint of our operations. Our recycling facilities are another demonstration of innovation at Aeromag. We are positioned to significantly expand our presence in recycling activities due to the growing demand from international clients. Succession and skills development at Aeromag are subjects of constant reflection and rigorous planning, as the company’s sustainability and growth depend on them. A company is, first and foremost, made up of its employees, and it is they who drive its success.

To ensure that actions align with intentions, Aeromag established a succession and skills development plan a few years ago and continues to oversee its evolution and gradual deployment.

The constant focus on ensuring a strong succession extends to all levels of management. We identify this succession among our employees in critical positions. To this end, potential evaluation and continuous training programs have been put in place. As the saying goes: stay tuned, the best is yet to come.
